In most dialogs shortcuts can be used to quickly select options.
In iTunes “delete file from library dialog” (⌥⌫) hit ⏎ to confirm file removal followed by M meaning “Move to Trash”. German iTunes installations say “In den Papierkorb legen” therefore press I.
While searching in Spotlight from the menubar. Hold ⌘ to reveal the selection in Finder. Works with click and ⏎.
Switch views in Finder with keys 1 through 4 and the ⌘ key.
Take screenshots from a window or any other control by pressing ⇧⌘4 followed by a press on the space bar. A camera will appear and highlight selected windows or dialogs. Just click to take a snapshot.
While making a screenshot in ⇧⌘4-mode hold ⌥ to resize taken screenshot size from the center.
Cycle through all windows in Expose using the ⇥ key.
Sort windows either alphabetically or by application in Exposé using ⌘1 and ⌘2.
⇧⌘G in Finder (Go to…) supports ⇥ completion. Just enter something like /u and then press ⇥ to make it change to /usr/.

Get to the Menu Extras (right side of the menubar) with the shortcut ⌃F8. It’s possible you have this key deactivated. Check in System Preferences → Keyboard → Keyboard Shortcuts → Keyboard & Text Input.
While making a screenshot in ⇧⌘4-mode hold ⇧ to lock either width or height temporarily.
To temporarily turn off the sound effect for volume changes hold down the ⇧ key while changing the volume.
Get to the menubar with the shortcut ⌃F2. It’s possible you have this key deactivated. Check in System Preferences → Keyboard → Keyboard Shortcuts → Keyboard & Text Input.

To quickly open the Displays Preference Pane press ⌥ + a brightness key.
This works for both keys (brithness up & down). If you’ve set your keyboard to inverse the function keys the shortcut obviously also different fn + ⌥ + a volume key.

Cornerstone 2 an absolutely fantastic SVN client for Mac OS X has been updated to its second iteration. It is an absolutely extraordinary Subversion tool. I can’t stop recommending it.
